Sandbanks - It’s actually a tiny little sand dune on the Dorset coast called Sandbanks and some of the properties in Sandbanks can go for £10million + and some people are actually calling Sandbanks Britain’s Monte Carlo. I guess its a Sandbanks Estate Agents Dream.

Sandbanks Beach : can be located at the eastern end of the long sandy beach that stretches from Sandbanks. The beach is very close to the Sandbanks Ferry. The main attraction however, is the beach itself, Sandbanks Beach known as the best beach in the UK is situated in Sandbanks and in the summer is very popular. The beach itself is a very shallow bay.
The Sandbanks beach being known as the best beach in England has been awarded the beautiful ‘European Blue Flag’ for the beaches cleanliness and great water quality. Many tourists flock to the beach yearly and in the summer. The beach is so shallow that you can walk out into the sea almost 200yds safely, the water is fresh and clean and also the sand is of great quality. The beach is also popular for windsurfers and generally all people that like water sports.

How to get to Sandbanks..

From Poole take the B3369 Sandbanks Road around Poole Harbour. This becomes Shore Road. From Bournemouth take the A35 road to the Fitzharris roundabout at Westbourne, and then The Avenue (B6035) past Branksome Chine and through Canford Cliffs to Sandbanks. It will come of no suprise that there an abundance of Hotels and general Sandbanks accommodation
